Ingredients
- Variations:
- 4 to 5 tomatoes
- 1 shallot, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 to 4 green chilies, diced
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 can corn
- Canned black beans
- 1 chopped avocado
- 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed over blended mixture
- Minced fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into food processor and process until well blended. Refrigerate at least two to three hours for ingredients to meld. Add extra chilies for spicier flavor.
