  • 4 to 5 tomatoes
  • 1 shallot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 to 4 green chilies, diced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 can corn
  • Canned black beans
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed over blended mixture
  • Minced fresh cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into food processor and process until well blended. Refrigerate at least two to three hours for ingredients to meld. Add extra chilies for spicier flavor.
