Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt (10 turns grated seasalt)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pinch garlic pdr
- pinch chili pdr (or a few pinches)
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS brn sugar
- 2 TBS mustard (reg)
- squirt of spicy brown (opt)
- or only use spicy (preference)
- 1 c ketchup
- couple drops of tobasco (opt)
- water
- 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1) heat olive oil and dash of salt in pot on medium
2) add ground beef (usually use ground chuck) and chopped grn pepper on medium till brown
3) add seasonings
4) add vinegar, brn sugar, ketch and mustard
5) then add water until saucy; not soupy but not thick
6) simmer uncovered for and hour till sauce is thicker than soup consistency. add more ketchup if color isn't sloppy joe color!
