- 1 boneless leg of lamb
- 3 tbp Thyme
- 2 tbp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 bottle Merlot or Cabernet

Fantastic Grilled Boneless Leg of Lamb - This easily prepared marinade makes for a delightful dinner the next evening that can be paired with a Red Wine & greek salad
Cut Boneless leg of lamb into 1" thick steaks
Place steaks in sealable plastic bag - add wine to cover
steaks, add Thyme, garlic & pepper.
Shake bag to blend spices , place in refrigerator for 24 hours - turn over bag half way thru marinade time. (I usually prepare this the night before I am going to serve & turn over the bag in the a.m.)
Remove Steaks from marinade - discard marinade
Season with Sea Salt & Black pepper
Grill to taste - Medium rare is preferred
