  • 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In very large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
