Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup corn ro bran flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns (sliders)

Step 1
Brown meat and onions in a skillet. Mix ketchup, vinegar, chili powder, worcestershire sauce and water; add to meat and onion mixture. Add flakes and seasonings. Put in top of a double boiler and steam 1 hour. Toast buns. Place 2 spoons mixture on each bun and serve open faced.
