Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c orange-pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c poppy seed
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cake and pudding mix. Add oil, water and juice. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Fold in poppy seeds.

2. Spray 2-9"x5" loaf pans with Crisco then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Pour batter in pans.

3. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. Sprinkle top with more cinnamon sugar.
