- 3 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Clear Jel A
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 1/2 tbsp bottled lemon juice

Step 1
Procedure for preparing blueberry filling: Wash and drain blueberries. Combine sugar and Clear Jel A in a large kettle and stir. Add water. Cook on medium high heat until mixture thickens and begins to bubble. Add lemon juice and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Fold in berries. Fill jars with mixture and process quart jars at a boil for 30 minutes, without delay.
