Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter

Preparation
Step 1
Spray tube pan with PAM and sprinkle with flour. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Pour 1/2 of the batter into tube pan, put 1/2 of topping on batter. Add remaining batter and put remaining topping on top. Bake.
Topping: Crumble together and put in middle and top of cake.
