- SAUCE:
- 1 3/4 lb medium-size zucchini,
- 1 cup plain flour to coat the zucchinis,
- 1 Actifry spoon oil
- 5 oz plain yogurt,
- 1 garlic glove,
- 4 to 5 small dill sprigs,
- Salt and white pepper

Step 1
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and coat with flour. Add the oil to the ActiFry pan. Fry the zucchini for 4 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by finely chopping the garlic and the dill and adding them to the yogurt. . Season with salt
You can serve the sauce directly on the fried zucchini or separately
