Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ⁄2 t garlic salt
- 1 ⁄2 stick butter, sliced
- 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 26 oz jar pasta sauce
- 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 ̊. Heat non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add beef & cook until no longer pink. Drain & set aside. Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions & drain. Pour spaghetti into a large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt & butter slices. Mix well. Place spaghetti mixture into a 9x13” baking dish. Press spaghetti mixture onto bottom & sides of dish to form “crust”. Fill center with cottage cheese, top with pasta sauce, then beef. Sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven & let stand 10 minutes.
