  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

Step 1

Rinse blueberries and drain thoroughly. Using fork, stir softened cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Lightly beat egg yolks with one egg white. Add sugar, salt and sour cream. Combine egg mixture with cream cheese mixture. Brush unbaked pie shell lightly with leftover egg white. Dust blueberries lightly with flour and place in thick layer on bottom of crust. Smooth cream cheese mixture evenly over blueberries and bake in preheated oven (350 F) for 30 minutes or until set.
