Crepes Suzette

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 crepes
- 2 TBSP whole unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 cup candied orange rinds (optional)
- Powdered sugar for garnish
- Vanilla gelato or ice cream for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Take each crepe in "12 " pan size) and fold in half
Then fold in half again
use 2 crepes/dish
In a large saute pan, melt the butter over medium low heat. Add crepes to pan and saute until lightly brown.
Sprinkle pan with sugar.
Add juice of 2 oranges.
Add Grand Marnier--flambe if desired
Add candied orange rind if desired
Simmer for approximately 1 to 2 minutes
Remove crepes to dish.
Ladle juice from pan atop crepes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
Place 1 scoop of gelato on top or on side and serve.
