Ingredients

  • Streusel:
  • 1/3 c Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c nuts
  • 1 t finely ground coffee
  • 2 R firm butter or margarine
  • Coffee Cake:
  • 2 c Original Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup milk or water or buttermilk
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 t finely ground coffee
  • 1/3 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; set aside. 
2. In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel. 
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
