- 1/4 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
- Dash cinnamon, or more to taste
- 2 full-sized caramel-flavored rice cakes

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine whipped topping with a dash of cinnamon. If you like, season to taste with more. Stir and spoon mixture over one rice cake.
Gently place the other rice cake on top, making a sandwich. Freeze for at least 1 hour, and then enjoy!
