Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Jasmine rice
- 3 cups water
- salt to taste
- 5 eggs
- coconut oil for scrambling the eggs
- ham diced small (optional)
- 1/4 cup Bragg Amino Acids
- ground black pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Agave Syrup (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook rice. When rice is ready scramble eggs. Mix scrambled eggs and cooked rice in large bowl and add other ingredients as desired.
