Amaretto Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
• 2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
• 3 (8 ounce packages) cream cheese, softened
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp Amaretto
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 tsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and Amaretto; mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips over top. Bake 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched. Turn oven off and allow to cool in oven. Chill.
