- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- egg
- olive oil

Step 1
1) whisk egg in a shallow bowl (can add a dash of seasoning salt to egg)
2) in a separate shallow bowl combine flour, dash of salt, pepper, garlic pdr and onion pdr)
3) roll chicken in egg
then in flour
4) tsp or so of olive oil in frying pan at medium heat.
before adding chicken make sure oil sizzles
5) fry chicken for 10-20 min (uncovered) depending on thickness
(can turn chicken more than once...
if juice runs clear (not pink) then chicken is cooked and ready to eat!)
