Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cold shortening
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 small egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, almonds

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 30mins

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in Shortening.
Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips
Pat into round (it will be sticky).
Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins.
Cut into wedges and cool. (It will seem too fudgy and soft but it will dry out and firm up as it cools.)
