Ingredients

  • 1 3oz. box sugar free gelatin
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. D-zerta topping, whipped according to package
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 22 pkgs. sweet and low
  • 7 Tbsp. stick margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup warm water. Set aside to cool. Stir together 6 pkgs. sweet and low with graham cracker crumbs. Add melted margarine. Press 2 cups crumb mixture firmly into 13x9 pan. Reserve rest of crumbs for top.
Cream 16 pkgs. sweet and low with cream cheese. Stir in whipped topping. Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Chill 3-4 hours. 37 calories per serving
