Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced
  • 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 beef bullion cubes or 1- 26 oz box beef stock
  • 1-11.5 oz can V-8 juice
  • 1-14.5 oz can green beans-undrained
  • 1-15 oz can kidney beans-drained and rinsed
  • 1-15 oz can stewed tomotoes
  • 1 tsp oregano, parsley and basil
  • 2-tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 large potato-peeled and cubed
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger with onions and garlic in a large soup pot.

Then add all of the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover pot and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook soup until potatoes and macaroni are finished.

Seve with french bread.
