Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 F. Put all ingredients into blender container, cover and process at BLEND until thoroughly blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 275 F and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer, or until a silver knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool at room temperature before baking.
