Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 16 ounces fresh spinach leaves, trimmed and torn
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- red onion sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup plain honey
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

Step 1
1. Wash and clean spinach. Divide among 4 salad plates. Top each with 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries and onion slices. Combine dressing ingredients in small glass bowl using a wire wisk. Heat in microwave for 1 minute, or until warm. Serve in bowls so guests can help themselves.
