Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2-3 sliced of bread crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sauce recipe
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix meatloaf ingredients together. Bake at 350 in loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours. About halfway through baste with sour cream sauce.
