Fluffer Nutter Treats

Ingredients

• 3 T unsalted butter
• 1 (10-ounce) bag marshmallows
• 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
• 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Grease foil. Melt butter in large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter chips, and salt and cook, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth, about 8 minutes; stir in vanilla.

Off heat, stir in cereal and peanuts until incorporated. Scrape mixture into prepared pan and press into bottom and corners with greased spatula. Let cool completely, about 1 hour.

Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled treats. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
