Mom’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 # ground beef
• 3 medium slices soft bread torn in pieces and 1 c. milk OR
• 1 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 1/4 c. milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 1/2 minced onion, optional OR 1/4 c. diced onions, sauteed
• 1 t. salt
• 1/4 t each pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic salt
• 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

One and a half hour at 350
