  • SALAD:
  • 2 large pieces salmon
  • 1 pound sushi rice,cooked according to package
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • avocado
  • crunchy fried onions
  • RICE:
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • SPICY MAYO:
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp. sriracha

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dice the salmon into small pieces and toss with soy sauce, bread crumbs , and mayo. Heat some oil in a frying pan and saute the salmon. Do not mix the salmon to much so it can get crunchy.
2. Once the rice is cooked toss with soy sauce,sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
3. Layer first rice,then avocado , then salmon. Finish with spicy mayo on top. For garnish add crunchy fried onions all around.
