Ingredients
- Marinade:
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh black pepper
- sliced garlic, alot
- Fresh tyme
- olive oil
- Salsa Verde:
- chili's
- chili flakes
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- mint leaves
- capers
- anchovies, a little bit
- 1 clove garlic
- little mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup olive oil
- Topping:
- 1 can cannelini beans
- 6 tbsp balsamic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 2 tbsp basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for marinade, marinate at least 1 hour, best overnite.
Salsa Verde:
Mix all in cuisinart
Beans:
Mix all together
Lay salsa verde, then beans, and then sliced up skirt steaks.
Top with red onion, soaked in beet juice.
Serve with roasted potatoes, with whole garlic cloves.
