Ingredients
- ICE CREAM:
- 2 8oz. containers riches whip
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp. coffee dissolved in 3 tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- CRUNCH:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 4 oz. baking chocolate
- 1 tbsp. water
- 4 cups corn flakes
- CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
- 1 can coconut milk(13.5 oz/400 ml)
- 1 bag (12 oz /340 grams) chocolate chips

Step 1
1. For the ice cream; beat the whipping cream,eggs, and sugars together. Add coffee and peanut butter. Pour into a container and freeze.
2. For the crunch; melt together the honey, peanut butter, chocolate,and water. Add the corn flakes. Freeze. After frozen pulse in a food processor for 5 seconds. Refreeze.
3. For the chocolate sauce;melt together the coconut milk and chocolate chips. Serve warm over ice cream.
