  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges (with juice)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tsp cinamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 15-20 minutes or until apple is tender and mixture thickens. Cool completely.
