Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, thinly sliced
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. sherry
- 1/4 c. oyster sauce
- 2 T. salad oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 2 c. Chinese peas or stir-fry vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, sherry, oyster sauce and 1
T. of the oil; marinate for about 20 minutes.
In a wok or skillet, heat the remaining oil and brown the garlic. Add meat and onion; stir fry until just cooked. Add vegetables and cook for
another minute.
