Similar to, but with a different flavor combination than Gibson stew. Can easily be doubled

Ingredients
- 1 lb stewing beef, cut up
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1-2 potatoes, cut up
- 1-2 carrots, cut up
- 7 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth or buillion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
Combine all together in casserole or roaster. Cover, Bake in 300 oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until tender.
