Ingredients
- 24 escargots (1 can)
- 2/3 cup butter/margarine
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1
Clean snails in cold water. Put into pan or casserole.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to mix. Spoon over top of snails.
Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 ovoen for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve in escargot dishes with or without the shells.
