Ingredients

  • Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 roll of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Franks Wing Sauce
  • 1/3 cup of ranch dressing (or blue cheese)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400. In a medium bowl mix shredded chicken with half of the wing sauce, salt and pepper.

2. On a well floured surface, spread pizza dough out and roll into a long rectangle shape. Spread ranch dressing and remaining wing sauce across the dough. Add chicken and then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

3. Roll the dough like a pinwheel, starting on a short side, until you reach the end. Tuck the ends of the dough in so the filling doesn't spill out while cooking.

4. Carefully transfer filled dough to a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and let sit for five minutes before serving.
