Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 T. butter melted
- 1/4 t. salt
- Powdered Sugar
- Lemon Juice
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 10 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes
Pancake will puff into big bubbles while baking.
Cut into wedges and serve with a sauce of melted butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice
