Jack Daniels Glaze/sauce

Ingredients
- 1 head Garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 1/3 cups Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons white onion; minced
- 1 tablespoon jack daniels
- 1 tablespoon pineapple; crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Cut half inch off top of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil. Bake at 325 for one hour. Remove to cool
Combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown suger sugar in med pan. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Squeeze garlic and add about 2 teaspoons to the sauce. Add remaining ingredients and stir frequently. Simmer for one hour until thick and reduced by about half.
Use as sauce over BBQ chicken
