Ingredients

  • 2 large Zucchini3 Tbsp Vigo Italian-Style Bread Crumbs - divided
  • 1 cup Sargento Shredded Six Cheese Italian-Blend Cheese
  • 12 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sorrento Deli-Style Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1

Oven 400 Degrees

Cut zucchini in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving a 1/4" thick shell. Place Zucchini in baking dish.

Spring 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs down center of zucchini halves. Combine all 3 cheeses with Italian seasoning, salt, & pepper. Divide mexiture evenly into zucchini; sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. bread crums.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until zucchini are tender when pierced with a fork & top is golden.
