Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar and margarine. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Pour over baked layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over, let sit a few minutes and swirl over top. Cool and cut.
