ONION EGG BREAD

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
• 3 cups bread flour
• 3 tablespoons onion flakes -USE TS ONION/ONION
• 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds OPTIONAL
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 tablespoons powdered milk
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 cup water
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in machine as directed by your machine's
manufacturer and push start. This recipe should not be used on the timed
cycle due to it's perishable ingredients.
