Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 8 quarts cukes
- 1 or 2 cauliflower
- or 2 heads of celery (I use one of each)
- 8 large onions
- Peel cukes and cube.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coarse salat and let sit 1 hour.
- Rinse with boiling water.
- 6 cups white sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1 quart vinegar
