Ingredients
- 4-6 potatoes (peeled and diced into bite sized pieces)
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pkg frozen corn
- 1 cup ham (or any kind of meat you may like) can also add more
- 1 block cream cheese
- 4 Tbs butter
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes, onion, and celery in a large pot. Cover with water and boil until vegetables are soft.
Drain water, add butter and cream cheese.
Add milk to cover all ingredients.
Add frozen corn and ham.
Season to taste with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
