Ingredients
- 4 pounds London Broil steak
- 1 8 oz can mushroom sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 oz sherry

Preparation
Step 1
Broil steak to desired doneness.
In saute pan, heat mushroom sauce and add herbs and sherry.
Slice meat against grain, very thin, and arrange on a plate and top with mushroom sauce
Preparation
To pan broil, place meat in heavy frying pan. Do not add fat or liquid. Do not cover. Cook slowly, turning occasionally, taking care not to pierce the meat. Pour off liquids as they accumulate. Cook to desired doneness. Season. To broil, place meat 1" thick on rack, 2-3" from heat, cook until meat is brown on one side, approximately five to seven minutes. Turn and repeat. Season.
