Ingredients
- 1 lb (16oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt (1/8 and 1/8)
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 pt sour cream(or less)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1) beat cream cheese until fluffy, add eggs and 2/3 c sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, almond extract. beat until light and lemony.
2) pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 25 minutes.
3) mix sour cream, 1 1/2 tbs sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, vanilla. spread over hot pie and return to oven for 10 minutes at 350.
4) cool, then chill or freeze.
