Ingredients
- 2 t. seasoned salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 can tomatoes (3 1/2 cups)
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 pound ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In seasoned salt, brown beef. Add garlic, pepper and simmer slowly, uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spaghetti sauce mix; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Cook lasagna in salted, boiling water till tender, drain.
In buttered pan, pour 1/3 of sauce, cover with strips of lasagna, then arrange cheese and ricotta. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce, then top with Parmesan. Bake 20 minutes.
