Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup caramel topping
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans

Step 1
In a container with spout, place all ingredients except pecans and whisk until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
Assemble and engage freeze bowl and dasher. Turn mixer on to stir speed, and pour ice cream mixture into bowl. Add pecans the last minute. Serve or transfer to an air-tight container and freeze.
