Ingredients

1 pkg Maria cookies (Goia)
5 1/2 oz Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate
1 c sugar
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
2 tblsp butter (salted)
2 tblsp water
Wax paper

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Break the cookies into small pieces. Melt chocolate with 2 tblsp water. Melt butter.

Mix chocolate, sugar, melted butter and eggs. Then mix in cookies. Place on wax paper and make a roll.

Refrigerate for 12 hours.
