Ingredients
- ¼ c brown sugar-packed
- ¼ c low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 T fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp curry powder ( I don’t use)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Chicken, skinned
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in zip-loc bag. Add chicken. Seal and marinate in fridge for 4 hours, turning occasionally. Prepare grill. Remove chicken. Put marinade in saucepan. Bring to boil – cook one minute. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook 20 mins, turning and basting.
