Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. imitation butter flavoring
- 2 unbaked pie crust shells
- whipped cream (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a food processor, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter flavoring. Whip for 3 to 5 minutes until well-blended and fothy. Divide filling evenly between 2 pie crusts.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until crusts are brown.
Serve with whipped cream.
