Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2/3 C flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box confec sugar
  • 1 stick margerine
  • 3 unsweetened choclate squares
  • pasteurized equiv 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 4 eggs. Add 3/4C sugar.
Beat 10 minutes. Fold in 2/3C flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla.

Grease pan and put in wax paper. Spray wax paper with Pam. Pour batter unto wax paper.
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.

Roll cake unto towel and let cool.

Filling:
Mix together. Unroll cake, add filling and roll back.
Can frost outside
Refrigerate or freeze.
