Step 1
1 Peel and dice the beets, then place in crock pot. 2 Add garlic, 1/4 cup water, oil, thyme, salt and pepper. 3 Stir all ingredients until well combined. 4 Cover and cook for 6 hours on low until tender. 5 Sprinkle with parsley.
