Ingredients
- 12 oz or about 3 chicken breasts
- 1 c chopped onion
- Garlic powder to taste
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1/2 c cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 c fat free cheddar cheese
- Cilantro
- 1/2 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken then shred into small pieces.
Saute onion and add to chicken. Season with garlic powder and pepper.
Warm tortillas.
Warm soup, sour cream, and milk in sauce pan.
Fill tortillas with chicken, a little cheese and cilantro in each one. Pour sour cream sauce on top of all enchilada and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
